Accommodations & Policies Service
We are honored that you have given us the opportunity to provide you with the highest quality beauty services & treatments. We pride ourselves in having the ultimate professional staff of hair designers, colorists, skin care technicians, massage therapists and make-up artists. We proudly stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring' it to our attention within seven (7) days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction free of charge. Please feel free to try another stylist or technician. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Credit Cards and Checks
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Gratuities cannot be added to credit cards. There is a thirty ($30) dollar fee for returned checks.
Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations
The services you schedule are reserved especially for you. We reserve the right to charge in full for services cancelled without 24 hour notice. A 50% deposit for a bridal party or for multiple services is required at the time of booking. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. We stand behind all of our products with a “Satisfaction Guarantee” Policy. So if you purchase a product and are not satisfied feel free to bring it back to exchange it for any other item. No refunds.
For Your Protection
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including -clothing and accessories. We provide smocks for your protection when receiving services. With no exceptions, children are not permitted beyond the waiting area unless receiving a salon service.
Cellular Phones
To preserve a serene atmosphere for all guests, we respectfully request that cell phones & pagers be turned off in the spa.
